Japanese Scat Nurse Ayuhara Itsuki Eats Fresh Excrement in Extreme

Ayuhara Itsuki, dressed in a pristine nurse's uniform, steps into the room, owning the space. She begins by defecating into a medical basin, the wet noise of her ample excretions filling the air. Her face shows a mix of concentration and satisfaction she proceeds to produce a large amount of poop.

After finishing, she turns her attention to the fresh excrement, picking up pieces with her fingers and bringing them to her mouth. She eats the poop with relish, soaking up each bite. The scatting porn clip is on full display as she smears some of the remaining feces on her cheeks and lips, completing the arousing ritual.
