Clinical Enema Prep: Japanese Nurse Defecates and Smears Fresh Poop

The sterile hospital room smells of antiseptic as the nurse prepares for her clinical enema. She slips into a crisp white uniform, adjusting the cap on her head. With precise movements, she administers the enema, feeling the liquid fill her bowels. She walks to the examination table, her steps measured, and positions herself for the impending defecation.

Minutes later, she expels a stream of brown poop into the waiting basin. The mess glistens as she reaches down, scooping up handfuls to smear over her thighs and stomach. Her hands, now coated in feces, glide over her skin, spreading the warm substance. She finishes by providing a handjob, her fingers gliding over the shaft she then starts to smear the poop. This clip is a perfect addition to our nurse scat sex collection, flaunting the nurse's careful and thorough defecation routine.
