Hirayama Kaoru Faces Down Four Women in Extreme Face Sitting Scat

Hirayama Kaoru lies on her back, awaiting the torment of four women. Each takes turns sitting on her face, pressing down with their weight. She struggles to breathe, gasping for air between each dominant sit. The women relish in her struggle, prolonging the humiliation.

The women then pour holy water over Hirayama Kaoru, adding a new layer of torment. The liquid trickles down her face, mixing with sweat and saliva. The Hirayama Kaoru scat performance reaches its peak as she nearly faints from the combined pressure and liquid onslaught.
